Class Description:

Want to learn to knit beautiful stranded colorwork projects? In this class, you will learn the basics of knitting with two colors at a time and holding your yarn in both hands. Then, learn to lock in your floats to keep the reverse side clean and tidy while trying various colorwork patterns and designs.

While learning the Fair Isle technique to create beautiful colorful knitwear, you will also be able to choose the colorwork designs and colors you apply to your pattern. You will do all that on a hat, a cowl, or a tubular cowl. All three patterns will be provided with the class, and after the course is complete, you will find yourself ready to try another pattern and new colorwork designs with your new skills.

Class Level:

Adventurous Beginner and beyond. Students should feel comfortable with the Knit and Purl stitches and knitting in the round with circular needles.
